YMCA champions YOUTHS
Statistics from the National Youth Council’s Youth survey shows that
future uncertainty and emerging adult responsibilities are the
top stressors among youths aged 20 – 29.
Therefore, as part of World Mental Health Awareness Month (May),
YMCA of Singapore is launching #ProjectYOU, a mental wellness campaign
led by University-YMCA (Uni-Y) Singapore, to instill confidence in youths and
equip them with tangible ways to become better versions of themselves.
#ProjectYOU 2021 is an invitation for you to take a journey of self discovery -
be it personally or professionally. The future ahead carries uncertainties,
and adulting can be daunting, but know that we are in this together.
So join us, to find out more about what "successful adulting" truly means!
